SERVE PERRYVILLE is a mission emphasis on our local community. This mission focus has three components.

1. Local Mission Projects that will be a blessing to our community. Projects will be scheduled for Saturday March 12th and Sunday afternoon/evening March 13th. Project details coming soon.

2. Special Worship Gathering on Sunday Morning March, 13th.

3. A Community Wide Block Party at the Perryville Park on Wednesday March 16th.

Tentative Schedule

Saturday March 12th - Project Day.

8am-Noon      Projects at PYA Building

· Work on Ceiling, fixtures, and bulbs

· Paint Doors & Replace fixtures on doors

· Paint Walls

· Paint stalls

Noon-1PM      Lunch Break

1PM-4PM        Projects Resume at PYA Building

· Complete any uncompleted morning projects

· Hang Mirrors

· Paint Floors

· Re-hang doors if floor is dry enough

 Alternate projects that can be done throughout the day as time & weather allow:

· Cutting grass

· Picking up trash

·  Cleaning trash barrels

· Cleaning out dugouts

· Field Prep

Sunday March 13th- Bible Study 9:45am, Worship 10:45am, projects scheduled for Sunday afternoon/evening.

2pm-5pm        Finishing up anything at PYA Fields that has not yet been done.

Sunday afternoon projects may include things that need to be done at church. 

· Organizing the recreation closet in the Family Life Center.

· Moving some things from recreation closet in FLC into the attic in main building.

· Moving things from various places in the main building into the attic for storage.

Monday March 14th-Feed Teachers & Staff at Perryville High School

· 11am-1pm

Tuesday March 15th-Feed Teachers & Staff at Perryville Elementary

· 10:30am-1pm

Wednesday March 16th - Block Party

4pm-5pm - Set up for Block Party

· Bounce Houses

· PA System

· Yard Games

· Begin Grilling

5pm-7pm - Block Party

· 5pm-Bounce Houses & Yard Games Open

· 5:15pm- Food & supplies needs to be laid out & ready when meat is ready to serve

· 6-7pm-Student Ministry Game Time on Field

o   Extra Adult Volunteers may be needed to watch bounce houses from 6-7pm.

6:45pm-7:15pm Pack up & Clean up

· Pack up Yard Games & Signs

· Pack up Bounce Houses

· Food Clean Up
