DNOW 2025 | TOTAL SURRENDER

2025 DNOW DATES

SEPTEMBER 19-20, 2025

Disciple Now (DNOW) Weekend is a student ministry event for 7th-12th grade students. It is a weekend retreat and a ministry of the Conway Perry Baptist Association. It will feature corporate worship and small group Bible study.  At DNOW, we will emphasize evangelism, discipleship, Christian fellowship, and missions. In corporate gatherings, students will be spiritually challenged and encouraged by our guest speaker and worship leaders. In host homes, students will be led in small group studies.

Our goal is simple: We are seeking to make disciples and grow disciples. The Bible clearly teaches that discipleship is more than going to church, wearing a Christian t-shirt, listening to worship music, or even attending a DNOW weekend. Discipleship is what happens when a person surrenders everything to Christ. It is a journey that involves every aspect of life.

The theme of DNOW 2025 is TOTAL SURRENDER. We are praying that participants will live in complete surrender to Christ.

“I have been cruci!ed with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the "esh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”. - Galatians 2:20

Family/Lake Day 2025

On July 27th, we will host a Family Day at Perryville First Baptist Church. During the worship service, we will invite kids to help us lead a song from a past VBS called My Lighthouse.

Immediately following the worship service (around noon), Hamburgers, hotdogs, and water will be served in our family life center where you can enjoy lunch in the A/C. After lunch, we will head out to Lake Sylvia for an afternoon at the lake. Activities include swimming, fishing, a playground, and hiking trails.

What to Bring

We recommend bringing chairs, swimming gear for your kids including life vests, sunscreen, bug spray, fishing pole if needed, and anything else you need. Keep in mind, kids under 16 can fish without a license but all other fishers must have a valid fishing license.

At Perryville FBC, we are seeking to connect with families in our community and surrounding areas because we believe that family is important. We hope to see you on Sunday July 27th, 2025.
