Super Summer (Completed 6th-12th)

Students who have completed grades 6th-12th will attend camp on different days from those who have completed grades 7th-12th.

2025 CAMP DATES:

Completed Grades 6-8 | June 21-24

Completed Grades 9-12 | June 24-June 28

Camp Cost:

Camp fees for Perryville FBC will be offset by fundraisers and scholarships. They will not be any higher than the costs listed below.

Early Registration | February 1-April 30 Cost: $160

All payments must be made to Perryville FBC.

This camp will be full by mid-February. Please do not wait to register, register today!

DEPOSITS/PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

$60 Deposit is due by April 1, 2025

$50 Payment is due by May 1, 2025

$50 or remaining balance due by June 1, 2025

You may pay in the church office with cash or check. Please make checks to Perryville FBC and designate it: "Super Summer for (student name)"

Instructions

To attend Super Summer Arkansas with PVFBC: 

1) REGISTER.

  • Created an account on the Super Summer online registration page. Use this button.

2) Log into account using the same link above.

  • Begin registration process.

  • Submit Registration.

  • LET US KNOW you registered. We will log in and make sure the registration finalized.

3) Download & Look over the Church Camp Packet.

Look over the church camp packet that you receive after your registration.  The packet will include:

 church liability form | need to bring list | camp rules

4) Make arrangements to pay Registration Fees.

(All deposits & payments should be made to Perryville FBC)

5) COMPLETE & TURN IN CHURCH LIABILITY FORMS before leaving for camp.

***FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED BOTH ONLINE FOR SUPER SUMMER AND ON PAPER FOR PERRYVILLE FBC BEFORE A STUDENT CAN ATTEND CAMP.***

Kids Camp (3rd-6th)

This year we will attend Childrens Camp at Cold Springs Retreat near Conway.

This is an overnight camp & is available for children who have completed 3rd-6th grades.

Dates: July 7-11, 2025

Cost: Estimated $75 per person

(Cost estimates are not final but will not get any higher than $75)

Should fundraisers cover more of the cost, we will lower the per person cost.

How Do I Register?

  1. Use Kids Camp Online Registration Button below to register online. When you get to the pay option, please select “Pay through the church.”

  2. Fill out online The Online Camp Medical Liability Release Form.

  3. Download and print the Church Medical/Liability Release Form. The camp form can be filled out online but the church liability release form must be printed off, filled out, and signed by a parent or legal guardian. They need to be signed before the child goes to camp. Paper forms are available for pick up in the church office.

  4. Once your online registration is complete, please email us in the church office to let us know. Email us at: pvfb.church@gmail.com
